Tasting Notes: Aromas of sweet cherry and cherry blossom. Palate has a slight hint of acidity, and a refreshing semi-sweet finish.

How It's made: 

Junmai: four simple ingredients used from start to finish: water, rice, yeast, and koji
Premium Ginjo Rice: sake rice that has been polished to 60% of it's original size
Flavored: with sweet cherry puree & sakura blossom powder
Sparkling: a crisp and refreshing finish
