Tsuki Sake began in February 2020 with a mission to bring innovative and high quality sake production to the Salt Lake Valley for the first time. Our vision has bloomed since then to grow the American sake industry, and increase education and awareness as a whole around this beautiful beverage. In addition to creating domestic sake that pairs well with Japanese cuisine, our goal is to normalize it’s presence among modern American dining experiences.     Jill is a half-Japanese Salt Lake City local who connected to her roots within her Japanese cuisine-based career. Along the way she fell in love with the culture, science, and unique deliciousness of sake. She is beyond thrilled to share her passion as Sake Sommelier & Brewer Apprentice of Tsuki Sake!

  • Ty

    Ty is Utah native who has aided in the growth of the local Salt Lake brewing community. After years exploring both American and Japanese made sake, Ty wanted to be a part of bringing sake to Salt Lake City.

  • Kirk

    Kirk is the executive chef at Yuki-Yama on main street in Park City. With 23 years of experience in the sushi world, Kirk has a well-developed pallet for sake and is excited to add his touch to the growing American Sake scene.
