How It's Made:
Junmai: sake brewed with four simple ingredients from start to finish: water, rice, yeast, and koji.
Ultra-Premium Daiginjo: sake rice that has been polished to 50% remaining creating a smooth, refined, aromatic and clean ultra- premium sake.
