How It's Made:
Junmai: four simple ingredients used from start to finish--Water, rice, yeast, and koji.
Premium Ginjo: sake rice that has been polished to 60% remaining creates a smooth and refined premium sake.
Nigori: coarsely filtered sake, creating more texture, complexity, and sweetness on the palate.
